How to stay safe when dealing with unknown customers (California)

I am not a professional on the subject of running a delivery service or anything like, however I do kinda know a little bit of a little bit.

One of the things I know is that while being legal to smoke and cultivate for personal use. It is illegal to furnish (even give away for free) to any person ( even a current patient) any medical marijuana (regardless if you have a caregiver form or not). Not to say stop using the form, the issue is that most of the time there are strict rules regarding the patient caregiver releationship, such as the person must reside in the same home ( or at least county), also that both people are involved in some other direct way unreleated to marijuana.such as friend or releative , who is also physically disabled . The point is, that “they” can do whatever they want.

The only choice is full disclosure, you must retain the services of a lawyer, apply for the necessary licences, pay the taxes, and do everything you can to insure that you are ok.look at it like your whole life is a court case. Be prepared to explain everything you do, every step every day, and you will generally be ok.

In regards to what you can do now, the answer is get tech savey. There are many usefull things you can do with smart phones today. Iblacklist allows you to restrict calls based on any paramaters you want. Blocks unavailable Ida and restricted, let’s you choose to send to voicemail , constant busy,pick up and hang up, or others, you can select specific numbers also and do all same.you never see them call.

Second is , trace the number calling you, to make an order. You can use many reverse trace programs to view for free, the city at least from which the person is calling.

This is usefull when someone is using one of the caller I’d fakers or spoof cards out there that allow someone to change the number that appears on your phone, they can also change their voice and record your conversation.

With a very small amount of money, you can invest in your freedom. In general, cell phones are horrible , but if you must have one you should use iblacklist. It’s 12 dollars and can be used wit any smart phone that can use third party apps. Such as iPhone,blackberry, ect…

The cell trace allows you to see if the person is who they say they are. At bare minimum, you can See if the person is calling from the opposite side of the country. It should say near the area they
claim to be from.
Don’t ever answer weird numbers or deal with people who just don’t sound right to you. It’s just not worth it.
